The Term Set Planning Worksheet referenced on https://technet.microsoft.com/en-ca/library/ee519604.aspx leaves a bit to be desired in my opinion – it really doesn’t covert the full gamut of options available in Office 365 Term Set planning.

To this end, here’s a more extended spreadsheet based off of that model, which includes all the bells and whistles: Taxonomy – Term Set Details Worksheet

For each Term Set you need to plan, simply copy the “Example” worksheet tab to a new one.
